I'd been suffering with a sinus infection and had failed to get an appointment at the GPs. I was seen within 2 minutes, given a thorough examination and prescribed some much needed antibiotics. Also given advice for when the course has finished. Thank you very much.

I can’t praise Valley Pharmacy enough in several aspects. The new consultation service is particularly good, being able to see them rather than wait for a drs appointment was so helpful. The pharmacist was competent and took in-depth details before prescribing the antibiotics I needed. He was helpful and friendly and explained any potential side effects and potential next steps. It’s a quick and easy service and I have already been recommending to friends and family. Valley have also been extremely helpful in assisting with my mother’s multitude of medications, providing advice, liaising with her drs and generally sorting out her monthly requirements. Best pharmacy we’ve ever used.

Amish was excellent, I went into the pharmacy as I wanted to get my throat checked. Very quick and efficient and I was provided antibiotics straightaway. I wouldn’t use another pharmacy.

Excellent care, services and knowledge. Would highly recommend this pharmacy. Everyone is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Had my blood pressure checked there and my GP was informed of the results so I am now on medication for this. Just about to have an asthma review too

I needed a tetanus jab following a dog bite and they gave it to me, which was a godsend. They always go over and above to help and are very caring. Great prescription delivery service too.

This Pharmacy has friendly and efficient staff who are welcoming and put you at ease. The Pharmacists are always happy to give advice and have helped me on several occasions when I have needed a better understanding of prescribed medication. They were recently very helpful when my daughter injured her foot and needed to make a decision whether to go to A & E. During the Covid pandemic their delivery of the vaccine service in the local Centre was outstanding and I was particularly grateful for their kind and sensitive support for nervous patients

We are so lucky Valley Pharmacy in Coulsdon. They are always busy but will always make time to help you or even say hello. They worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic and it was very reassuring knowing they were there. I care for my mum and they are always willing to help me with any queries I have with her medication etc. Makes my life so much easier. Thank you

All the staff at the chemist go above and beyond to help nothing is too much trouble. I have been using the chemist for years and would not go anywhere else.
