All staff are extremely helpful, kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. If anything is needed and the Pharmacy doesn’t have it, they will always try to get the products in. Excellent service.

Valley Pharmacy are so efficient. They deliver our medication on time and are always so very helpful whenever we have telephoned them. Thank you to all the staff.

The staff including the pharmacist are always helpful which is much appreciated. The shop is bright and clean with lots of interesting item on sale. Nothing is too much trouble and always answer the phone without waiting very long.

All the staff are really friendly and very helpful. Ordering repeat prescriptions couldn't be easier. Quick and easy flu jab done on site. Extremely good during covid administrating vaccination and delivering medication. I would highly recommend them.

Such helpful staff and the lady behind the till went above and beyond to help me to get my problem resolved . Great practice the shop has everything you need from hot water bottle foot spas socks to all the latest aftershaves and perfumes at such cheap prices

Been going to Valley for about 15 years now. Amazing and helpful staff. Very friendly and happy to help out whenever needed. Lots of helpful advice if needed.

The staff were very helpful and understanding. I can’t recommend this pharmacy enough. My whole family use this pharmacy and we all feel well looked after.
