No medication for over 5 days. Kept asking for help. Didn't know I could ask on here for an emergency prescription to tide me over. No one told me. Awful Chemist, staff ignorant, lack empathy and most of all customer service! Changing chemist. Awful !

Went to pick the tablets up on Friday told to come back Saturday morning go Saturday morning then told to come back at 12:30 lady dispensing had my tablets in her hand but it had gone one o'clock and the pharmacist wouldn't sign them off absolutely s**** service as I put my request in over a week ago🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Martonside Farmacy in Middlesbrough - become Most Disorganised Farmacy! I found that pharmacy I use for more than 10 years become most disorganised in handling prescriptions and dealing with customers. Practically knew all the employee by name. Never had any issues to receive my medication on time or not in full amount. But new people came in and here you go! Waited for ready packed medication queuing for about 25 minutes. Have got half of prescribed, but wasn't told that not all prescribed medication is available. Had to come back 2nd time to find out that have to come week after for another half. Why anyone should experience such an attitude, especially people with disability? Pharmacy it is not a Takeaway, it is an emergency respond to any health issues! It should be sorted, cos that way all country will fall apart!

Prescription urgent as outlined. Staff wouldn't say which items they had in until 2 days. Total lack of interest or concern. This was never the case. Poor

At almost 81 and housebound, I received a phone call from the pharmacist telling me that my medication would no longer be delivered because of financial cutbacks. I’m absolutely disgusted at the lack of empathy for a loyal (ageing) customer who has to rely on a monthly delivery of medication.

Forced to queue outside, no reason given, doors locked, letting in one at a time. I have chronic back pain and needed my meds so no consideration for those who may have trouble standing for any length of time. This really is terrible chemist. Never pick up the phone. Only two chemist in town and no parking at the other.

Took prescriptions in for 18 items person in back was rude and heard him say I had had the prescriptions a month when I had only picked them up the day before after returning from holiday as was told to come back Monday refusing to dispense any of it while I was there so will be taking my prescriptions to another pharmacy in future that wants my custom

Well pharmacy Huddersfield Rd stalybridge. Twice this week I’ve used the new service for myself and daughter. The pharmacist was thorough, he knew exactly what he was talking about, I trusted his diagnosis and felt more than confident taking the medication he prescribed. I thought I’d try the pharmacy knowing they could now prescribe medicine for throat infections, ear infections and so on rather than going straight to the walk in centre. I’m glad I did, both times we were in and out within 20 mins, myself with penicillin and my daughter with an antibiotic without penicillin as she’s allergic. I’ll recommend to friends and family members as it saves a lot of time waiting in queues and is quicker than waiting for a GP app.

The chemist have had my prescription for working days, I attended today as I hadn’t had a text… 8/15 items were put up(on day 1) but because they hadn’t got the other items they didn’t bother to contact me . The attitude of the chemist was terrible “I can’t give you what I haven’t got” And “ we are short of delivery drivers” When I asked if I could have what they’d got (yes, I had to ask) I was given it and when I asked when I might get the rest “ it should be later in the week !!! Not helpful when you’ve run out of medication … Unfortunately this isn’t a one off at this chemist
