I would like to thank the staff in the acute eye clinic at St Helier for the help and care that they showed me recently when I had a serious problem with my eye.

Review titled Disappointing..
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Great care up to and including operation.. sadly after being transferred from hdu and admitted to general ward the care became non existent .. day staff didn't come to check on me regularly or do OBS...had an issue during the night and no response for 50 mins .. night staff are invisible and non responsive (even though there are 40 plus beds on ward) I was in distress but was unable to get the attention of any staff.. it may as well been self service.. if there are not enough staff to care for the patients then close the ward ... Patient safety should be paramount not a game off chance.

Review titled First Class Service

I have recently completed three sessions of shockwave treatment (Lithotripsy) at the Epsom Hospital Urology Department and wanted to pass on my thanks to both the nurses and radiographers for the amazing level of service in both the initial preparation and treatment throughout the session. The nurses made ensure everything was explained and were very professional as well as extremely friendly. The radiographers were also extremely friendly and made sure I was comfortable and check pain levels continually throughout the Lithotripsy treatment. I am pleased to say that following the third session I have passed a number of stone fragments and wanted to pass in my thanks and to relay the fact that their very high success rate has been highlighted in treating a very stubborn kidney stone. Once again thank you to all the staff in the Lithotripsy Department.

The Bereavement Services at Epsom Hospital are second to none. I cannot express how grateful I am for their compassion, professionalism and kindness. You showed me and my family so much warmth and are continuing to comfort us even though you really don't have to. I cannot thank you enough, the way you looked after my dad and are looking after me now is restoring my faith in human kindness. Thank you so much team (I'm not allowed to say names according to the website but you know who you are) Thank you thank you thank you

Attended today as I broke my wrist. Everyone was great especially staff in the Urgent Treatment Centre. As I cannot name one specifically the lady that put my plaster on. After gas and air as it was going to be painful to bend it I told her I would not send her a Christmas card. I definitely will she was fantastic. 5 stars for you all

I just wanted to drop you a note to say thank you to the emergency staff Monday night at Epsom. I had a nasty fall Monday evening with nose ,face and hand injuries and other various bruising . The staff I saw were ,without exception, pleasant, ,helpful ,polite and professional. The doctor was great and gave me time and was thorough. The x ray guy was efficient and quick but also pleasant. Yesterday I was sent an outpatient appointment for clinic next week and again the lady involved was very helpful when I phoned her about it. As someone who worked for many years in the NHS I realise the current time is very hard for all but I am grateful to all for my treatment. Best wishes Sarah ( called Sally!) Found

My appointment was at 10am, I got there at about 9.15am was called into room at approx 9.30am and was out of the hospital by 9.55am. Fom being referred by my GP a week ago through to the ultrasounds being done and also a consultant appt being made for the following Tuesday. I cannot fault the service I have received so far. Thank you St Helier Hospital

I recently attended a renal department clinic at St Helier hospital where I received excellent treatment by a clinician and specialist nurse both of whom gave me valuable information and reassurance regarding my condition. They were generous with their time and extremely courteous. I felt reassured and cared. for .

I spent 10 days in the CCU and was really pleased with the care I received! The nurses and care staff were friendly and competent, and the doctors very patient and empathetic. They took the time to explain my condition, treatment options and the next steps. As a pleasant surprise, the food quality was good too :)
