    My experience at CHEC was great after initial appointment being re arranged. I could not have praised the staff in the clinic enough. They were so delightful. I do not have complaints at all. I cannot wait for the second eye done. I'm looking forward to getting it done and going on my holidays.

    Clinic staff were very friendly and have always booked me in for any appointments in a very timely manner and always managed to work around me. My first eye surgery has gone very well and i can't wait to get my second eye done.

    I went there with my grandma,she was having cataract surgery,and was really distressed that day,but once we got there she was much better! Staff really helpful,they explained us very well step by step what is going to happen and she felt much better! They looked after her with care and love. Thank you staff for making that stressful day much better! I would definitely recommend that place! It’s a surgery practice but kind of like home

    Text advising that I had an appointment on the 20 June 2023 at 14.10 at the Watford Clinic. When I arrived today I was told that the appointment had been cancelled. I was also told that I would receive a phone call at 14.10 this did not happen. I am very disappointed over the lack of communication.

    The staff were amazing at the clinic. The care was fantastic. No problems what so ever. The whole experience was 100% great. I would highly recommend to anybody that needs their cataract surgery. Fantastic.

    Staff were professional, the clinic was clean, the toilet was not the best as it needed further cleaning. The surgery was great, didn't like it but had to do it.
