I’m just so impressed and grateful to the whole team who made me so comfortable and provided outstanding care and treatment. Each and every member of the team has my utmost thanks for the way they looked after me. To me they are heroes and I can’t thank them enough.

I had both my cateracts done at newmedica the staff are outstanding friendly kind polite they explain every step of your treatment and the aftercare is superb wont hesitate to recommend them to anyone

Ok, so I will start off with the title of this review, Fantastic Service, from minute 1 to follow up post procedure. Firstly, not wanting to single out any of the staff, you know who you are, you are a star. Caring , funny, attentive, I could go on with these adjectives. The op was performed by the leading cataract clinician in the area, I feel so privileged. The process, from Optician appointment to procedure was 3 weeks or so, much less than the 8 months for my left eye in 2018 within the NHS. If family or friends need this done, I will stress to them, ask for Newmedica in Newcastle 👍

From walking through the door, waiting room area, procedures before my cataract operation and the actual operation, was a joy to experience. I am aware not to write my accompanying nurse's name, but I was made to feel totally at ease, before my operation -various eye drops etc and being with me in the operating theatre, continuing to help me through everything. I am so grateful for the kindness and sheer professionalism of everyone at Newmedica involved in my cataract procedure. I was dealt with promptly at both assessment and surgery appointments, with every detail explained in simple terms. I would highly recommend this clinic and its wonderful team for providing an interesting and pain free experience. Everyone was so helpful and reassuring. My surgery was only four days ago and I am amazed at how well I already feel and how much brighter the world looks! Once again, thank you so much Newmedica Newcastle.
