I have a fear of anyone touching my eyes amd was extremely anxious about going for laser treatment.Everyone from the reception staff to the consultant listened to my concerns and put me at ease straightaway.The procedure was done quickly and skilfully.Two weeks later I went back to have my second eye done.I eould highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

I had cataract surgery & from the pre-op consultation to the operation itself, all the staff at Newmedica were welcoming & very professional. I was seen promptly on both occasions. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered & any anxieties allayed. I had great personal attention prior to & following the operation. The surgeon made me feel comfortable, explained what he was doing & the procedure was quick & painless. The clinic itself is very clean & comfortable, providing a suitable ambience for its purpose. My thanks to all staff at Newmedica.

Excellent staff. I was a little anxious but made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I had two cataracts removed in August and October. Only waited one week between pre op appointments and actual surgery. Staff explained exactly what was going to happen. A nurse was there for reassurance all the time. Both operations have been totally successful with my sight being much improved. The second op on my right eye was even more impressive as a correction procedure has made it possible to have some vision in what has been blurred vision from childhood. I am so very grateful to staff and surgeons and would recommend New Medica for anyone suffering from cataracts.

The staff are lovely & caring. During my operation the consultant kept me up to date with what was going on. I couldn’t see anything except coloured lights. The operation was totally painless. Overnight my vision cleared & I can’t believe how good my distance vision is. Thank you all for looking after me.

I was very impressed with the service I got at this clinic, from start of my treatment till the end someone was with me the whole way through the process of getting a cataract removed explained everything that would happen five star treatment thanks
