I have had cataracts removed from both eyes and I have had excellent treatment. Great communication and lovely staff who are so friendly and professional

For someone who is usually very nervous when it comes to any medical procedure I was pleasantly surprised at how relaxed everyone at SpaMedica Bedford made me feel, from my pre-op appointment to my cataract surgery. All the nurses and the surgeon were brilliant and can't wait to have my other eye done. Thank you all very much.

Very impressed with my flawless service today, highly recommended. Nothing to fault, caring and welcoming staff, even a cup of tea at the end. Organised a taxi for me. Very surprised and delighted with my care as I have to go back for another operation feeling very confident about the clinic.

If the NHS worked as well as SpaMedica, Bedford we would all be in a great place! I have had my right eye cataract renewed and I cannot recommend the Bedford branch enough. From start to finish I was treated with kindness and professionalism by everyone of the team I encountered without exception. I am 85 years old and was not looking forward to the procedure at all. I needn't have worried as my comments above show. I cannot find fault at all and highly recommend SpaMedica, Bedford for cataract surgery.

I could not fault the service received the organisation was so well arranged , the personal were so polite , helpful and understanding . The operation was fully explained and carried out so efficiently. Thankyou for restoring my sight to the brilliant colours I can now see . Thankyou once again .

Wait for appointment 2 weeks. Assessment 2 weeks later and seen on time. Had next appointment in writing before I left. Operation carried out on appointment time. All staff friendly and efficient. Well done to all.
