All Staff were kind, considerate and caring.Everything was explained thoroughly,which helped to reduce the stress a great deal. Treatment was excellent and a good result.

Have had cataract operations in both eyes now both at Spa Medica Bedford. Quick appointments and a well organised process made for a good experience with pleasant helpful staff.

Very friendly and kind welcome both on my assessment and also when we came for my operation Very efficient at processing me both times, with a friendly approach with a quietly confident and professional bearing. The both the nurses and the surgeon were quietly comforting when they knew I was nervous. Also, they looked after my wife while she waited, with coffee etc. I was assessed by Specsavers, had my assessment a week later and the operation again one week later. Wow ! Well done both Specsavers and NHS.

This is an amazing place ,perfectly clean,wonderful helpful staff,treated exceptionally, even the driver of the transport is excellent and so helpful,nothing was to much trouble 11 out of 10

I was seen almost immediately when referred by my Optician. On the day, the process was within the timescale given in advance and I was made to relax when the investigation was done thoroughly. Surgery was also almost immediate and went very well by expert Surgeon and his staff. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome.

Very welcoming, excellent and friendly staff. Very clean, always offering refreshments. Reassuring - as was hesitant and nervous with procedure, but there was nothing to worry about. Looking forward for having my 2nd eye done now.

Firstly I would like to praise the staff, the excellent communication, presentation of information and the layout of the clinic. All very efficient and professional. My only point is that in the information booklet for patients page 8 it explains that monofocal lenses will be used. I was expecting to be asked whether I wanted near or distance lenses. Other than that, I was put at ease throughout and had no pain post-op.

From start to finish, I was treated with the utmost care and I can’t thank the team enough.. I’m so grateful for their expertise in removing my cataract and now I’m able to see clearly. I’m looking forward to getting my other eye done as soon as possible.
