Staff were very helpful and caring my cataract operation was done with little fuss and the outcome very good, its nice to read a book again and see my paintings in a new light.

My experience with SpaMedica Derby was excellent, I used their transport which was prompt and friendly and throughout my treatment I was treated with care and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot praise the service provided by this extraordinary company. From a normal eye test to my caterack operation was two and a half weeks. I found the company very courteous, very professional and if I couldn't have wished for a better result. What really clinched it for me as well as the numerous cups of tea and biscuits was I got a free biro at the end. Well done and a big thankyou to everyone at SPAMedica, you've got a very happy customer. Many, many thanks.

I was impressed by the great teamwork at SpaMedica. The staff team worked smoothly together and seemed competent in their jobs. I felt well looked after as I was processed through the procedure of cataract surgery. Every member of staff was caring and respectful.

Absolutely fabulous staff, surgery took no time at all. Very quick, efficient and attentive treatment given. Would highly recommend. Surgeon and staff throughout explained everything taking place. Could not fault anyone.

To say I was extremely anxious regarding having a cataract operation, I need not have worried. The care and attention by all the staff, both administration and medical, was second to none. The procedure itself was completely painless and took very little time. I know I shall need my other eye doing in the not too distant future and this time, shall have no worries. The result of my cataract operation is phenomenal - I had not realised how poor my sight had become until ‘the curtain was raised and the light switched on!’ Many thanks to all concerned - it was service second to none.

I had my 1st op on 10 Feb & my 2nd on 23 March 2023. I had dreaded having cataract surgery but with the help, reassurance & friendliness of all the staff, from reception through to actual surgery, both operations went really well - painless & remarkably quick. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, tea, coffee or hot chocolate were offered. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend anyone needing cataract surgery to get it done. A huge thank you to everyone at SpaMedica.
