Operation two days after first appointment.All the staff encountered and the surgeon himself were helpful and courteous.All explanations were comprehensive and easy to understand.There was an air of calmness and professionalism--a hundred percent satisfaction.

Very efficient from start to finish, friendly helpful staff. Procedure was quick and a little uncomfortable but completely pain free and i can't remember having such great vision from the operated eye,just waiting for other eye to be done now.

I had cataract surgery 2 weeks ago, and couldn't have wished for better care and treatment. All staff were kind and caring. I only had to wait 4 weeks from referral to surgery

Thank you to all staff at SpaMedica Derby! I received a very swift, efficient service. The surgeon and his team did an excellent job and my vision is very much improved. Every member of staff throughout the process was professional, helpful and reassuring. Thanks again.

Excellent Service from beginning to end. All checks prior to agreeing to cataract surgery were carried out by experienced staff and opticians. The surgery procedure was explained fully during the assessment visit. Operation to remove cataract was completed in about 10 minutes. After the operation I was fully briefed with aftercare procedures and issued with appropriate medication. Staff & surgeon are dedicated to achieve an excellent end result.

My experience at Spa Medica Derby was excellent from start to finish. The care was friendly and thorough with kindness and consideration. I was actively encouraged to ask questions. The result of my surgery is better than I could imagine.

Removal of Cataracts in one eye with was Quick, Painless and Effective, what more could you want. I will be getting my next eye fixed their soon.
