Was over whelmed how quick I got in and the place was amazing very clean professional and all the staff in every department were very friendly and helpful.Thank you for making my experience that I was not looking forward to go smoothly and put my mind at ease Thank you again

This was my second cataract operation & like the first, I have nothing but praise & admiration for the whole experience. The staff were pleasant, kind, considerate & professional from start to finish. The procedure was explained in detail & carried out seemlessly in excellent conditions. All in all a credit to our NHS. Thank you all.

From initial assessment to eye surgery, everyone has been absolutely wonderful. Caring, efficient and conscientious would sum up my experience. The surgery staff really reassured me prior to the operation, which was over in 15 minutes. Very impressive service!!

The service and care that I had, both in the assessment appointment and the operation appointment was amazing. I was told about any treatment and what would happen all the way through my appointments, especially when I had the operation. I would definitely recommend the practice.

I was looked after exceptionally well by all nursing and office staff. The operation itself was over in a few minutes,so thank you to the surgeon and all staff involved.

Absolutely amazing clinic. Such wonderful friendly atmosphere. The staff were all so helpful and made me feel at ease. Everyone in that clinic made my whole procedure pleasant and I was made comfortable at all times. Thank you all so much.

Less than 4weeks from referral to cataract removal. Very professional and friendly staff. Everything explained in detail of procedure from start to finish, and was put at ease.Very highly recommended

I have had one cataract operated on at SpaMedica Derby, with great success. After my assessment with my optician, I look forward to having my second eye done. The staff are all very kind and professional, and made me feel completely at ease with the procedure.
