I was very pleased with the quick & professional service I received. Everyone was very polite, helpful & friendly. My cataract surgery was explained to me every step of the way. The environment was very clean & sterile. I felt very comfortable & confident in the procedure. The surgeon & nurses were very friendly & put me at ease. I would highly recommend plus they had lovely biscuits & a good cup of tea. 😀

On my visit to SpaMedica I found all the staff welcoming and friendly and helpful. The care and attention was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Spa Medica to family and friends

So impressed with my treatment for my cataract, from initial pre op appt through to surgery. Special thanks to all the staff for making me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Extra special thanks for the wonderful nurse who held my hand as she knew I was nervous , well done and once again Thankyou so much

From the time of my arrival when I was made welcome, right through to the aftercare following the operation, my treatment was first class. A great asset to myself, being moderately deaf, was that the staff all spoke very good English, and my questions were answered without hesitation

I am a very satisfied and happy patient! From the 'meet and great' smiles through to the post op surgery, I cannot fault the excellent and skilled care that I received recently at Spa Medica Exeter. This is not forgetting of course the previous prompt attention from all the Administration teams in NHS booking and Spa Medica who organised my appointments following referral from my optician. I was amazed how quickly this all happened as I was prepared to wait maybe 18 months before treatment. Even though the clinic was obviously busy, at no time did I feel just a number on a conveyor belt. This was because at every step of the way I was treated as an individual by the warmly welcoming, reassuring and competent team members. I was also very impressed with all the information I received regarding pre- peri- and post-op catarect surgery. My experience illustrates just how well patient care can work between the NHS and an efficient private company such as Spa Medica.

There are insufficient superlatives in a dictionary to describe the care given at Spamedica Exeter. Holistic care and communication are paramount. Interaction within the whole staff is a delight to observe and pays testament to the great standard of care delivered to both patients and their relatives. Thank you is just inadequate.

I was quite nervous about having surgery on my eye, but all the staff (from reception to surgeon) were brilliant. I was made to feel so welcome on my initial assessment and was led through the process on my surgery day with great care and comprehensive description and reassurance. I am so pleased with the results and have no worries about having my second cataract surgery done. I cannot praise SpaMedica (Exeter) enough!

100% commitment from staff, through from surgeon to all staff. I was made to feel so comfortable from first walking in. Hot drinks and biscuits offered, Cannot praise SpaMedica enough. Special thanks to the nurse who held my hand through the procedure as she knew how nervous I was . Spotless establishment also. Thankyou once again all of you at Exeter
