I recently had my Right cataract replaced, which gave me a whole new vision, and clarity. 8 weeks later i returned to have my left eye done. The service was as the first time exceptional. There was a slight difficulty in the eye, but the consultant obviously has experienced this before, and over came the matter quickly. The recovery is going well, and my sight is so clear i no longer need glasses for driving, although i do require reading glasses. This is an acceptable trade off. The service and attention to their patients is excellent, and makes one feel relaxed. They kept me informed throughout the process, advised as to my progress. It was a pleasure being looked after by SpaMedica Exeter. If only the rest of the NHS was run like this!

Friendly from the start, all staff make you feel at ease every step of the way. Surgical staff explained what to expect and my surgeon came and introduced himself before the procedure. Lead time from optician request to surgery just a few weeks. Brilliant service from the NHS.

Over the last few months I have had cataract surgery on both eyes. The level of care at SpaMedica Exeter has been outstanding throughout from the moment you step through the door. I cannot praise them enough. Kept very well informed at every step of the procedures. Top marks.

From referral to treatment it was quick , efficient, professional and friendly . The staff are so pleasant. The greeting from the porter is a lovely gesture making you feel everything is as it should be. The medical team and reception staff are the icing on the cake. The outcome is amazing!

Really happy with the services provided. From booking in, all the health checks, operation itself and discharge paperwork no one could have been more helpful and friendly. Everyone made me feel comfortable, nothing was too much trouble. Day of surgery I was very nervous, but they helped me relax. The surgery was quick and the nurse held my hand which was reassuring and comforting. Thoroughly recommended SpaMedica 100%. I'm thrilled with the results and my world has been reopened through fresh eyes. Thank you for making the whole process worry free

I have had both cataracts removed by Spa Medica, and the whole experience was a positive one. The staff were efficient, caring and reassuring. So long as I was willing to travel to Exeter, there was no long waiting time for either of the two procedures.

I found that the treatment that I received was exceptionally professional. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole complex was spotlessly clean and hygienic. I was very impressed by the attitudes of all the staff without exception.
