From pre-operative assessment through to cataract surgery, the care & professionalism of all the staff was exceptional. At every stage, procedures were explained clearly & sensitively & with reassurance.

My experience with Spamedica in Exeter was extremely efficient. I experienced no pain through the operation Staff were very helpful

I have now had 2 cateract operations at SpaMedica Exeter within the last 2 months and must congratulate all concerned for their excellent work. The system is highly efficient and the staff attentive and caring. 2 particular mentions firstly for the 2 nurses who received and dispatched me before and after my first operation. They in particular made me feel as if I was their only patient of the day, not one of many. Secondly to the theatre nurses when I had a slight turn due to low blood pressure at the end of my second op. They were very well versed in what to do and very efficient at making sure I was OK. Congratulations and thank you to all concerned.

I had to wait for several hours for the pre-op assessment because there appeared to be a staffing problem, on the actual day of the operation, my treatment could not have been more prompt, or better! Everyone was friendly and helpful and thoroughly professional, managing, amazingly, to put me at my ease about the whole procedure which went smoothly and quickly. Thank you so much for excellent care!

Very clean & tidy facilities. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Sadly my wait for treatment was delayed by 4hrs and as my appointment was not until 1pm I feel that I should have been forwarned in the morning. The morning clinic ran well into the mid-afternoon. I was then finally seen just before 5pm. Othan than this delay I have nothing but praise for the entire staff

From the first consultation through to surgery I was treated with care and compassion. Every stage was explained in great detail buy competent, friendly and happy staff. The efficiency with how my appointments and operation was dealt with was second to none. I can recommend Spamedica to all who are looking for the highest quality of medical care possible.

Very happy with the treatment I received at both my appointments in relation to my cataract. All the staff were helpful and caring but still very professional. A very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere helped alleviate some of the nervousness felt. Clearly worded patient information sheets along the whole journey. I cant fault the experience and would highly recommend spa medica in Exeter .
