Such a brilliant service from start to finish helpful friendly staff who put my father at ease for his cataract op. Efficient very professional and well thought through literature explains whole procedure very clearly. Reception and Discharge could not have done more and my father was very pleasantly surprised how easy and caring the clinical team were. Top marks for all the team

Very reassuring staff who put you immediately at ease. The procedure is thoroughly explained. I'm actually looking forward to having my other eye seen to. My eyesight is already sharper and more colourful. Thank you!

I would like to thank one and all for the very efficient way the whole experience was dealt with. From the moment I was checked in by a very nice gentleman,offering a drink to all the other staff, couldn't ask for any better treatment including the gentleman who saw me out with the bag of goodies. Once again thank you all.

Given that any medical procedure can be a nerve-wracking experience, SpaMedica provided a reassuring atmosphere which encouraged confidence. The medical centre itself provided a comfortable and kind atmosphere and all the necessary checks were moved along in a timely and considerate way. The staff without exception were helpful and pleasant, and the information (leaflets, website, letters, telephone) was clear and extremely helpful, as was the booking procedure, as well as the fact that the overall period for the whole process was remarkably short.

From seeing my optician and having the procedure only took 2 hours. The surgeon and all the staff are friendly and efficient.

I had cataract surgery on my right eye on Monday, July 10th. All the staff I met - someone at the door who took details and offered coffee, the receptionists, nurses and the surgeon who did the operation were kind and helpful and the clinic was run with great efficiency. It was a very good experience and I felt I was in good hands.

A very customer focused organisation that reflects well on the NHS as well. They make you aware in advance of all stages of the initial assessment and the treatment itself and provide verbal and written aftercare advice. The premises are very comfortable with refreshments offered and the staff are polite, efficient and professional.
