Everything was seamless, from the lovely guy meeting and greeting on arrival, to the surgeon and everyone else that looked after me. I'll be totally at ease for my next cataract surgery because of this experience! Well done all and thankyou so much. :-)

I have had two cataract ops and both were totally painless and a very positive experience. Everyone was extremely caring and professional and I have nothing but good things to say!

The whole experience was amazing from the asessment to the day of the procedure nothing could have been bettered an excellent service from all the staff - coffee and biscuits was an added extra would thoroughly recommend spamedica if only every branch of the NHS could work in this way. Thank you so much for all you did.

My cataract was removed less than four weeks after referral by Vision Express. The treatment consists of two visits: an assessment and then the surgery. The whole process from start to finish is streamlined in a very modern and well equipped environment; such efficiency might have led to a process driven, inhumane experience for patients but the complete opposite is true. The staff are friendly and approachable whilst giving off the air of confidence in their ability and their role in the procedure. The information provided is clear and concise and patients are left feeling secure and well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend SpaMedica. This is a great example of a public private partnership working for the benefit of the patients. Well done everyone involved and thanks so much for giving me back my sight!

Had my first eye done on 20th June, 2nd eye last Sat. The whole experience was brilliant, the staff are exceptional, place is clean and bright and wouldnt hesitate to recommend. Only downside Im seeing so much in my house which needs cleaning. Thank you 👍

My husband has just had a cataract removed and we were really impressed with the attention and care given from all members of staff that he saw, we had transport and the driver was also pleasant and attentive, a really great service

I had my first cataract surgery in July and my second eye in August. I was very nervous, but everyone was so kind and helpful. The whole experience is nothing to worry about, the care is truly amazing. I did not need to worry about anything

2 visits, where I was made so welcome.Drinks a nd biscuits offered on arrival certainly pleased my chauffeurs (friends). Me also! Everywhere was so clean, comfortable and shiny and everyone was from the start so professional and caring - so important….. I had abs no worries about the procedure = all explained. It worked! Thank you so much for being there for us.

When I arrived for my assessment before my cataract operation, staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease. On the day of my cataract operation, I was extremely nervous but the nurses and surgeon made me relax a bit. However I would like to make one suggestion: everybody had said that the actual operation was a doddle but I found it very nerve wrecking!!! Can I suggest that the patient is told what exactly is going to happen on the operating table?? I was never told that in detail. I was therefore extremely worried and nervous that I held my breath a few times while the operation was done and I expect my bloodpressure was a lot higher too!
