Both the pre op assessment and procedure was carried out professionally and with a relaxing ambience in the theatre. Also thanks to the driver who dropped me home after the visit, a great service from start to finish, Thankyou Spamedica Exeter.

I was referred by my optician on 10/1/23 and had my cataract removed on 9/2/23. The staff were welcoming, friendly and calming. I cannot than them enough for helping with what was a stressful experience made better.

Wonderful staff, so reassuring and professional. The practice is super clean, modern and provides refreshments. The whole experience was seamless.

Several visits for the cataract operations. All went well, staff very polite, organisation very efficient. Operation(s) on both eyes went well and my vision is much improved. Thank you SpaMedica!

Yesterday I had my second cataract operation and as before the care by Nurses and skill of the Surgeon were of the highest order. Full vision restored to both eyes. Fantastic. One issue which needs some attention and is easily solved: My appointment was 0830 and I arrived at 0820 but was not seem until 0910 - almost 50 mins wait. Now I am well aware that delays can happen, but the people in the waiting room (which almost full) were getting very edgy, consulting their watches or the clock as the time clicked by with no action. Surely the three receptionists could have explained the delay individually or made a general announcement thus reducing the anxiety, especially to patients waiting for surgery, rather than disusssion what preparations they used on their hair and which was best. A reason for the delays and reassurance that each individual had not been forgotten would have been very welcome and easily done. Medically "five star" - customer care "could do better

I have just had my second eye cataract operation at SpaMedica Exeter. The service and clinical care was superb and I cannot speak too highly of them. All staff from arrival to departure were friendly and helpful, and a credit to the company. Clinical staff were reassuring and very professional. The system runs very efficiently and you are always aware of what is happening. Thank you everyone.

Efficient, professional and friendly service delivered in a relaxed environment. I was referred by my optician at the end of October for cataract surgery in both eyes. The assessment took place in mid December and I was offered surgery before Christmas but chose to defer. The first op was on 11th Jan, the second exactly a month later and both signed off as ready for a new prescription exactly a month after that.

I had an appointment for a pre med appointment on 16/01/2023, Everything was done very professionally. Asked if i was able to come the following day ,as they had a cancellation,witch i took all done that day and was home 1330. No pain no discomfort brilliant .
