I attended for my pre-surgery assessment. It was such a friendly place with a relaxing atmosphere, I immediately felt at ease. Explanations were given at each step. No concerns about going for my surgery now.

I had excellent treatment and everyone was very friendly and professional. There was minimal waiting time and I was kept informed about what was to happen at each stage of the process. I was very pleased with my treatment and want to say thank you for helping me.

I was very nervous and anxious ! The staff are so lovely, reassuring and calming . Their info and explaining throughout is second to non . Yes , I’m a little anxious about my next visit but nowhere near the same as last week . Thank you Soa Medica Newcastle .

Facility is excellent. I found all the staff friendly, kind and professional. During my procedure I was constantly reassured and they talked me through the process. The information and guidance I was given by the nurse for my aftercare was most helpful and specific to ensure a successful result

From walking through the door, to the finished work the welcome was excellent, professional and caring. At every point there was an explanation of the procedure and the reason and effect. The effect on me, as a patient, meant that once in the operating surgery my nerves were calm and once again each person made sure that I was comfortable and knew sufficient about the operation.

From the moment I arrived, everyone from the receptionists to the surgery staff were so helpful, attentive, friendly and professional. They succeeded in removing any worries that I had about the surgery by explaining everything at each stage, nothing was too much to trouble. The surgery was over so quickly, I never felt a thing … amazing. I can’t wait for the other eye to be done now as the change in my vision after only a couple of days is incredible.

Initial qualms about using a remote clinic rather than within a hospital were dealt with in a speedy, professional and friendly manner. On operation day there were plenty of friendly staff around to make operation process go smoothly.

I was a bit apprehensive, about having it done, but the staff were lovely and the surgery was fine, you look at a bright light and that's all you see, and no pain, I'm going for my other eye to be done soon
