On time, staff very friendly, helpful, genuine, over all great experience. Assistant and receptionist throughout helped me out all staff available were helpful and very friendly and supportive

Mine was an unexpected complex case. From start to finish, over more than 3 months, the standard of care was exemplary. All staff were informative, helpful and kind, even ringing me at home to check on my wellbeing after procedures. I am so glad that this clinic was recommended to me. From arrival to surgery the staff were exemplary. I was beyond anxious and the care, considerations and understanding were welcomed and reassuring. The theatre staff addressed my concerns and the expertise of the surgeons was amazing. I had no pain or discomfort during the procedures on both eyes. Without any hesitation I will recommend Spa Medica, Newcastle, Staffs. Thank you so much.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome, they were very pleasant and put my mind at rest almost immediately. I couldn’t believe how organised the whole practice was, definitely recommend them. Thank you for being amazing .

I was expecting a straightforward operation, but this proved not to be the case, but was not flagged up beforehand, neither to me or the doctor who performed it. He finished up having to have 3 goes at it, and I heard him ask the nurse whether there had been any comment from the initial assessment that it would be difficult. The answer was "No".
