Was very anxious about my cataract surgery. Absolutely no need as staff were very friendly and reassuring. Consultant explained everything that was happening and was all over and done with in no time. Will definitely go back if other eye needed.

i found the whole experenece from transport pre assesment to surgery on both eyes to be 100% profesional with very careing friendly staff . I felt i had been treated like royalty

Just had my second eye done and as with the first I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the whole team. Very little waiting around which contributed to a very comforting experience. Highly recommended.

I have now had my second cataract operation at SpaMedica in Newcastle under Lyme. On both occasions the staff, from the welcoming gentleman, to the receptionists through to all the medical staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout both procedures. Thank you

The moment l got to the practice l was made to feel at ease and I was very happy every thing went better than I thought it would. It was painless and everyone was very nice. The transport was very good so took the stress out of getting there. So Many thanks to everyone . John Lyons.

Went for cataract removal feeling a little anxious everyone made sure I felt calm and comfortable from first entrance onwards.Process was explained at each step of the way. I came away armed with everything I needed for aftercare .Cannot praise everyone enough

Every member of staff from the moment you walk through the door is calm, kind, pleasant, helpful and professional. The expertise and knowledge of the surgeons was great. I can’t speak too highly of the experience. Not something I was looking forward to but it was made as easy as is possible. Many thanks Spa Medica Newcastle but pleased it’s over with the help of such experienced staff.
