The staff are friendly and professional and put patients at ease. I had no complaints and the after care for the eye is going according to plan.

Lovely clean environment, very helpful professional staff, lots of free refreshments. The entire operation very swift and painless, and lots of advice on after care very well explained. Over all 10 out of 10 for me, highly recommended.

Fortunate to have op within 6 days of referral. All staff from Porter to Surgeon were very courteous and professional. Careful explanation of each stage was achieved.

I had cataracts removed from both of my eyes from two visits successfully and painlessly by SpaMedica at the Newcastle site. From first being referred by my optician to them the whole process was very organised and all the staff were pleasant helpful and extremely professional . Thank you all a complete success .

I had my cataract operation done and all the staff were so lovely. I was immediately put at ease and and questions I has were answered. I left with full after care drops and instructions. Excellent service.

A totally painless experience in a welcoming, efficient and professional atmosphere. The procedure was explained in some detail beforehand and was done in less than 15 minutes. It was followed by a thorough explanation of aftercare, especially regarding the application of eye drops and for a short period the avoidance of certain activities likely to produce dust, or the entering of a dusty environment. This took about 20 minutes, after which I was allowed to go home.
