From the moment I entered till I left I was treated with the utmost care and courtesy. The staff (all of them), were friendly, informative and very re-assuring in their care and attention. Nothing was to much trouble and made me feel at ease.

Staff really friendly and helpful they can’t do enogh for you well mannered and very helpful Lovely clean practice definitely I will tell other people to use yourselves surgeon was great explained everything what he was doing made me feel comfortable

SpaMedica should be very proud of their site at Newcastle under Lyme. It is equipped with the latest equipment for testing your eyes; and even more importantly, it is staffed by an expert team of very happy and helpful employees. From my "Meet and Greet" volunteer who provided coffee and biscuits right through the proramme of tests concluding with the optometrist summary of my results, I was made to feel as if at home with friends. Such was the treatment at both the assessment and subsequent surgery I can't wait until I return for the process on my other eye. Very well done SpaMedica; we your patients salute you.

Every aspect of my eye treatment was excellent. The staff were supportive and friendly, the hospital was spotless, comfortable and welcoming. The care was excellent and I am very pleased with all aspects of my care.

Staff so friendly, everyone from the guy on the door taking your name, offering coffee/tea all so friendly to receptionists and nurses opticians, etc, all explained to put your mind at rest, I was very nervous and the whole team made me feel so much better I felt like a family member, they were all brilliant 👏

Everyone was lovely and they couldn't do enough for me. No waiting times. Everything was explained in full and I had the chance to ask questions. You are treated with respect at all times.

I had been putting off for 4 years having a cataract operation thinking something may go wrong. My whole experience with Spamedica was excellent throughout the whole procedure. I have now decided to go ahead with my second eye op. asap. Spamedica experience is first class and they all merit the "Outstanding Award" from the CQC. There was no pain during the operation, as a famous actor once said "I'll Be Back" ! Thanks to all at Spamedica Chesterton.
