My wife had cataract surgery on her left eye two days ago the following are our comments on the experience. The clinic and all of the staff were brilliant Comfortable environment, punctual. All staff exceptionally nice, considerate and caring. Facilities superb.

I have my 2nd cataract surgery in March and very pleased with the waiting time and service. If only all healthcare appointments were like this

I was treated with respect by friendly and courteous staff who explained the procedure to me and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience.

All the staff were very courteous and caring, which made it a stress free experience. I was kept informed at all times as to what would happen next, and the result of the procedure has been excellent.

I recently had cataract surgery at Spa Medica Newcastle under Lyme. The first operation was in December 2023 and the second in February 2024. When my first eye reacted badly to the implant I was seen immediately and further treatment sorted out the problem. I was followed up closely and felt reassured by the care I received. I returned for my second operation and had no issues. All members of staff I met were friendly, helpful and reassuring. I would definitely recommend Spa Medica to anyone.

I have had 2 cataract ops at this clinc. On both occasions the treatment and the staff were outstanding. Friendly, efficient and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

1st cataract operation carried out just one month ago, absolutely delighted with the results, can’t thank the team enough, I was quite apprehensive prior to the operation but everyone so pleasant and reassuring. Many thanks to all concerned.

The staff were great,everything was on time and so far the procedure has been very successful. I would have no hesitation in recommending SpaMedica ,and intend to use them again myself.

I had cataract surgery on 13th Feb 2024. I was met at door by a very polite and efficient volunteer and from that point on every staff member I met was incredible. Both professional and caring and putting me at ease through the whole process which barely lasted 2 hrs.
