All the staff were friendly and very professional. I had been very worried about having my cataract removed but felt nothing whilst the procedure took place that only took a short time. Can’t wait to have my other eye done

Just had my second cataract op in this clinic, the first one was 8 prior to this one. Both op's a total success, I hadn't realised how bad my eyes were until I'd had the first one done. Then it seemed like the world had been given a fresh coat of paint, every thing was sharper, brighter and much more detailed. The only drawback is that everyone I know now looks 10 yrs older (including me when I look in the mirror!). I can't praise the clinic highly enough, very efficient and friendly staff.

My husband has had eye treatment for cataract and needed Lazer treatment. The staff have all been amazing, very friendly and professional.

I can hardly believe I was at the optician just 14 days ago and I have had my cataract surgery today. How fortunate to have access to this state of the art facility via the NHS without any wait or delay, its marvellous. The staff were very kind, me being a very nervous patient. They even provide a transport service if you need it. Fantastic!

Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean and tidy, ample parking and the Surgeon and Nursing staff were excellent and very professional.

On arrival, quickly booked in and taken to the waiting area, and offered tea or coffee, all staff were really efficient in explaining how and what to expect, and left with a day and time for Theatre. First class thank you.

I was extremely impressed with the service received from SpaMedica. Following a referral from my optician, SpaMedica was in contact with me within 48hours and arranged my preliminary eye investigation for a couple of weeks later. This took place in a very relaxing and efficient setting, all the staff were very pleasant, efficient in their duties and willing to answer questions and readily pointed out the availability of refreshments. Equipment seemed up to date and in clean settings and the investigative procedure proceeded very smoothly with only limited waiting between being passed on from one staff member to the next. A date for the surgical procedure was arranged immediately following the preliminary investigation and took place three weeks later according to my availability. Again, staff made the effort to present a relaxed and sociable atmosphere and I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which my cataract operation was done and the administration dealt with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to others and am very impressed with their working procedures and attitudes. Well done.

Cannot recommend enough, from being welcomed at arrival with tea or coffee to the operation. Staff are all extremely friendly and professional and put me at ease before the operation, I was in and out in 90 minutes afterwards. Wish all hospitals were like SpaMedica.

From the initial assessment to the actual cataract procedure, the whole experience was one of total professionalism and a feeling that everyone knew their jobs and carried them out to perfection as a team. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with the overall feeling that the patient comes first in all that they do - remarkable. I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Well done.
