I have had cataracts removed from both eyes at the Oxford clinic and can’t recommend the team highly enough. I was impressed also by the speed in which my appointments were made and with the cooperation between the clinic and my optician During both assessments and operation visits right from reception, through the clinical procedures and to the operating theatre the staff were friendly and reassuring. I would certainly recommend my friends to go there with confidence.

I had cataract surgery and the whole procedure went very smoothly I was surprised how quickly it was done . The staff were all so very friendly and helpful and the premises was absolutely spotless

On all my visits I have found the staff very helpful, friendly and respectful. Also the welcome cup of coffee most warming. So far I am delighted with the results of my cataract operations the medical staff were first class.

The procedure was very good, friendly staff. In particular the transport driver. However, my appointment was delayed for over 3 hours with no notification from staff that there would be a delay on my arrival. I only found out about the delay 2 hours pass the time of the appointment , this was only because our transport driver enquired for me, surely the staff could have informed us of the delay on arrival, it was a long time for elderly patients to sit on hard seats. It would have been nice to have been informed of delay to reduce our anxiety and allowing us to inform our relatives of what was happening so they didn’t worry.

I was obviously cautious regarding the operation which was my first one. The staff immediately put me at ease and this eased my anxiety.

I hada cataract operation that was handled brilliantly from the moment I went for my initial assessment right through to having the operation The staff were exceptional and the whole process extremely efficient
