All involved were first class. Efficient and on time in all respects. Kind and helpful. Informative. I would recommend to anyone. Great to hav emy eyesight greatly improved.

Extremely happy with the care and attention from all staff and all in a very short time. Seen on Tuesday and operation on the Thursday all within 5 weeks from referral date. Only one area I would recommend a slight improvement is the cleaning staff who came from the rear area wearing gloves and then attending to the coffee machine. So patients know the gloves are clean it would have been better to put them on before cleaning the machine. All areas very clean.

Great experience of this facility when undergoing cataract surgery. The whole process from referral to treatment was within 3 months. But not only that the medical centre was clean, well equipped and so efficient with staff who were friendly and caring.

Very pleasant and professional staff, everyone there was great ,polite, pleasant and professional. Everything was explained to me in detail and me feel very relaxed

I had my first cataract done in April, I was very nervous but the staff were amazing and it was so quick and painless. I had my other eye done on the 1st of June and I am so grateful. Thank you so much.

From the initial entry into the building, all the staff offer, what can only be described as 1st class experience. polite, reassuring with a calming influence, during which for some, is a rather daunting time. Many thanks to all the staff, and professional's who made my Cataract Surgery easier.
