From opticians referral to cataract operation was less than 4 weeks. The whole experience was how every service industry should operate. Slick, professional and efficient. The results are fantastic.

The staff are informative pleasant and friendly.I am well pleased with my cataract removal outcome. I think it is nothing less than a miracle. The building is modern and compact ideal for cataract surgery. Many thanks.

Experience of Cataract surgery was totally positive. All staff were so reassuring, very kind and professional. Everything was explained and staff calmed my nerves. Finally the tea and biscuits after surgery were so welcome!

As on my previous visits, all was done without hiccups and with attention to detail, bags of information before and after, with opportunities to ask questions. The operation itself went well, and 10 days on it is great to be able to see clearly. Helpful knowledgeable staff, easy parking easy access too. Pleasant environment.

I did not expect the experience of the operation to be as uncomfortable as it was. I ended up with wet hair and neck from the water they put it my eye. It would be helpful to be told what was happening when they were doing the procedure.

Not having had this procedure before I was apprehensive about what would happen. All the staff were very helpful and understanding and reassured me throughout the operation.
