I arrived stressed out and was immediately put at ease. The staff are fantastic, the hospital spotless and everything ran like clockwork. I've now had both eyes operated on and everything has been OK afterwards. What more can you want? I would recommend this hospital to everyone

I cannot fault this place, from my first consultation to the final procedure, everything was very professional and friendly. I was put at ease all the way through. All the staff are excellent.

This was my second cataract surgery.The service l received the first time around was outstanding.l am please to report that the service l received on my second eye operation was again outstanding

Efficient and professional service. Delivered what they promised, all staff helpful and efficient. On the advertised phone line, there was always someone available to answer at the hours promised. On the day, quick and excellent service. Would 100% recommend. Can’t wait to have the second eye done!

Clean, friendly welcome, and professional from beginning to end. Every step of the way, explained, made to feel relaxed. Couldn’t fault the experience at all. In and out in 2 and a half hours !

From start to finish my treatment was exemplary. Thank you to all staff working at Spa medica from consultants to cleaners, the quality of care is amazing and the centre is spotlessly clean.

from start to finish the whole experience went like clockwork, reception excellent, waiting area pleasant with coffee and biscuits available, operation carried out speedily and painlessly, excellent care.

Without doubt the team at SpaMedica, Chapeltown, Sheffield, are first class in treating clients with professional medical attention for a procedure which, I admit, I was nervously anticipating. Every aspect of my treatment was clearly explained during my pre-op appointment and I found the information booklets extremely useful. I was able to have my second eye treated within 6 weeks of my first procedure and the after care shown to me by SpaMedica was first class. Every member of the team showed a great level of care & attention during my visits and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Thank you SpaMedica for your very professional service.
