I received a phone call the day after my opticians referral from Spa Medica to arrange an assessment. The experience from my initial visit until discharge has been excellent. I have now had both eyes corrected. All staff are helpful and efficient, the whole system runs like clockwork and I am very happy to say the end result feels like magic. A huge thank you to all concerned.

The whole staff made my experience very calming and relaxed . Explained everything that was going to happen which put me at ease .surgeon so fast and efficient never felt a thing . Would Highly recommend sparmedica and the entire staff even the friendly face as soon as you go it Brilliant experience

Although my eye surgery went well I was left in the waiting room for an hour and half with people who arrived after going in before me. When I pointed out how long I had been waiting it was discovered my notes had been mislaid! The staff appeared not to interested and although I got an apology from the nurse who admitted me, no one else was bothered. For the rest of the time I did feel like I was in a machine and the only person to show empathy was the discharge nurse. Overall this wasn’t a particular good experience.

Had my second eye done on 13th January and can’t thank all the staff enough for their support through out my treatments they are all so welcoming and kind. Made me feel safe and kept me informed at all times took all the stress away once again thank you can’t believe what a difference it has made highly recommend x

As the title suggests ,anyone who has any reservations about having this procedure please be assured you couldn't be in better hands. The whole experience from assessment through to been signed off was quiet literally painless. Every member of staff were very professional, considerate and reassuring. You were kept very well informed about the different procedures involved and the whole process ran like clockwork. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spa Medica to anyone. I cannot fault this hospital and its staff. From the initial assessment to being discharged I was treated with respect, reassurance and kindness. My quality of life has improved considerably, thanks to their care. The surgery was comfortable, the post op period easily managed and the outcome exceeded expectations. I am very grateful to the NHS, to SpaMedica and, most of all, to the staff who saw me through two operations with such expertise and professionalism.
