I was initially nervous about the surgery , everyone friendly & efficient. Just had my second eye done. Would recommend cataract surgery at SpaMedica

The reception staff were unhelpful, the nurse had my date of birth wrong and was annoyed that she had to correct my form and the dr was cross with me as I could not move my head to the position he wanted. The day after I was in intense pain and it was painful for 2 weeks afterwards. I am glad that I have booked a different place for my other eye. ,

I underwent a cataract operation on my left eye and found the staff knowledgeable and kind and the procedure to be carried out was fully explained as was the aftercare needed.

Very happy with my treatment and cataract operation at Spa Medica. All the staff were very pleasant and the atmosphere at the clinic is very quiet and helps one feel more relaxed about the whole procedure. The days I attended it was not at all crowded and I did not feel under any pressure to hurry and could ask questions.

Reception staff unfriendly and unhelpful. The dr was cross with me as I couldn’t put my head in theposition he wanted . It was extremely painful the day afterwards and for 2 weeks afterwards. The whole experience was traumatic. I am going somewhere else for the other eye.

The staff were friendly, attentive and explained everything in detail. Another problem was ascertained at the time and drops given to cure the symptoms. Could not fault the care given.

The my experience was easy I had a removal of left eye cataract treatment was so quick I didn’t even realise the procedure had been done friendly staff spotlessly clean facilities could not rate this experience high enough would highly recommend yourselves to friends and family.

On both occasions I was treated with kindness and respect. I was kept well informed on what was happening and I am extremely pleased with the results. So far, no problems whatsoever with my eyes and the improvement is quite dramatic.

This was my second cataract procedure. I am so impressed by the professional staff in all the departments from admin to nursing staff. My care was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and explained everything in great detail to me. Thank you once again for the care given to me.
