I have had cataract surgery on both eyes and was very nervous but everything was done with great care and precision with very helpful details and all my queries were answered and that was very reassuring it was all done so professionally and all the staff worked together as a team so effortlessly it was like clockwork. Thank you so mu for your kindness and patience.

I have just had my second cataract operation in Wakefield and again cannot praise all the staff highly enough for their caring, friendly and professional manner in which the whole procedure was carried out all the way from the initial booking process, right through to the completion and follow up treatment. My eyesight is fantastic and cannot believe the difference these operations have made. Thank you once again to everyone concerned.

Referred for cataract surgery, both eyes. First session excellent, quick appointment (Dec 22) and the procedure went very well.Second session brought forward slightly because I was scheduled for a course of Chemotherapy. To fit it in this second appointment was to be in Leeds but whilst journeying to Leeds the appointment was cancelled due to a burst pipe at the Leeds Clinic. I diverted to Wakefield who managed to fit me in and the surgery went ahead at Wakefield that morning. It showed a very professional, competent and caring service, for which I was very grateful.

Highly recommend any one having cataract surgery to go to spa medics, lovely staff very pleasant and polite explained everything what was going to happen from meeting the nurse right through to seeing the surgeon, couldn’t have been looked after any better.

All staff from reception to surgery were welcoming and put you at ease . The only problem l experienced was it's location as l don't have a car and it's not easy to access,as it is not on bus route, so you need someone with with a car , or arrange transport.

I cannot praise the staff at SpaMedica highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They explain the procedure in depth and put me at ease. The are quick and efficient, and I would recommend this facility to anyone.

From arrival to leaving, every member of staff was courteous and caring. The whole appointment took approximately two hours, but the actual surgery was only 5 minutes. Thank you so much for your care and attention.
