Was made to feel comfortable and welcome. Although they say to allow 3 hours, I was there about an hour and a half, the bulk of which was preparation and just waiting to go in to surgery. The surgery took only a few minutes and was fairly painless. As someone said to me 'They had worse experiences at the dentist'!! The nurses took time to explain everything including the aftercare. Overall the experience was a lot easier than I had anticipated. I would certainly recommend Spa Medica

From reception to discharge was a excellent delivery procedure was a little unpleasant but nothing to worry about great staff explaining what was happing the out come is just amazing thank you

I have just had my second eye surgery, everything is well organised and staff very helpful and efficient. The whole experience for both surgeries was extremely quick and efficient, from the welcome reception to the surgery itself. Very impressed.

It was a busy clinic and apart from the long wait everything went extremely well. Every member of staff was kind, courteous and professional, the whole operation was managed in a very organised fashion. The surgery was very quick and efficient as was the aftercare. Not at all an unpleasant experience.

I was feeling very nervous about this surgery, but from the start to the finish of this procedure, the staff put me at ease. They explained what they were doing, and again throughout the procedure explained what was going on. The surgery only took 5 mins, and there was no pain at all. I was given my eye drops to put in, and given numbers if I had any problems. I would recommend SpaMedica to anyone, as they are very caring and the results are amazing.

I have now had three separate visits to spa medica,from entering the building to register your arrival you are made to feel welcome by all the staff you come in to contact with,their attitude and professionalism is 1st class

Absolutely brilliant place, from the minute you walk through the door you feel well looked after. Staff put you at ease and everything is explained to you. The staff are so friendly and make each part of the process as easy as possible.

Had surgery on both eyes from Oct-Dec, each time the service was like clockwise. Staff are not only professional but equally as pleasant, helpful patient and kind. Facilities are spotless all credit to the domestic staff. Free coffee is a bonus.
