I spoke with an amazing lady this morning,she was so professional, friendly and supportive on the phone with excellent listening skill. She was able to resolve the issue for me promptly and timely.. Very understanding and nice lady. She was empathetic and non-judgemental.. She made me felt listened to by giving me my expected outcome. She was very respectful on the phone…I am satisfied with her performance in regards my contact with the surgery this morning and hope some of them can learn from her.

I had good words of support from the clinician. He talked through the area of my coming treatment and explained clearly how I should get about it. How to discontinue treatment incase of any sight effects.

Have been a patient of this surgery, nearly 30 year's ago. Have been treated with the utmost respect and warmth, with good caring attitude of the staff's and medical practitioners. Have stayed for all this while, because of their professionalism and love and supportive attitude to their patients.

Yes, I have been using this practice for many years. I feel comfortable with operations of the practice and have no wish to transfer to another one unless compelled to do so.

Just joined the practice and got an appointment within a week. Receptionist was very helpful in the phone and appointment with the doctor was great. Very good communication. Telephone appointment was very convenient. But would be better to have a more concrete time instead of the 2 hour window. But overall happy.
