I went for my appointment and was informed it had been cancelled, however, I had not be notified of the cancellation via either text or phone. I was squeezed in - but not impressed. If you do need to cancel appointments for a good reason, please let your patients know.

The delay to obtaining an urgent appointment was really difficult to manage. The communication was poor around this. The treatment itself was well explained, lots of reassurance and both verbal and written after care was provided and appropriated. As when you are in pain/ stressed or anxious this is hard to retain.

Was only there for a check up but my two snapped teeth was very close to the nerve, so she put two fillings in to help protect them very happy with the service. Thank you

After a 20 min wait in the waiting room to be seen by the Dentist my examination only took 10 min or so, there wasn’t any stand out moments, I am just glad to be able to be seen by a Dentist in this day and age as it is a difficult time for one to have a Dentist.

The dentist and nurse first class, I had an emergency appointment, and felt totally at ease, I had a tooth out, the treatment was excellent, well done Chipping manor, Cirencester. ???

The receptionist was very helpful and my treatment from the hygienist was great but the poor hygienist had no help and had to help her out by doing it myself (holding the suction cup etc, which I was terrible at and came out soaking wet) not something you expect when paying for a private appointment at £69.

Service was fantastic but the waiting room looks a bit tired and had a very dirty table so some out of date news from beginning of this year

I was disappointed when my crown came off and nothing was done about it, inspite of me coming to the dental surgery to let them know on three separate occasions.
