Practice seems to be deteriorating due to poor organisational procedures and a lack of customer service and empathy from some reception staff. Unfortunately cannot move to another practice due to lack of NHS availability in the area. Cannot afford to go private (struggle to afford to pay NHS). Practice tries to upsell and promote Private procedures continuously and I sometimes feel like a nuisance as I am registered NHS. I cannot recommend.

My experience was good although a little late getting in. We all had to fill in forms so this would have held things up .

Have seen several dental practitioners at this practice and consider the dental care good. However, administration is awful. Couldn't make emergency appointment (for toothache) through the website; impossible to get through to switchboard to make an appointment; called in to make appointment. Obtained appointment but it was cancelled on about 3 hours' notice. Replacement appointment made by email. Upon being shown into the dentist's surgery, dentist informs me they are not authorised to carry out work under Denplan (the regular payments plan, with benefits including discounts on treatment) so will have to pay full cost. Should have been told that in advance, so refuse the appointment. Alternative appointment offered and accepted. Only positive on the administration is that the individual on reception who dealt with the issues was extremely polite and efficient – but the organisation appeared chaotic and caused much wasted time.

The dentist that has been dealing with me has treated me with intelligence and respect. She trusted me to know what my experience was and allowed me to give feedback. She gives time within the constraints of the appointments schedule she holds and the fact that she is carry a large part of the NHS patients in this practice.

Had a nasty fall on holiday and lost two front teeth. Rang in the day after my return, and was offered an emergency appointment that same day. Very pleased with the treatment I received, and with the clear timetable of follow-up treatment.

I had no idea if I was right to fill in form. The receptionist took her time and helped me. The dentist took her time too reassure I was okay. The dentist was professional and kind as was the receptionist. Brilliant practice.

Seen promptly and procedure carried out politely and efficiently. I was happy with the results of attending regularly with the hygienist and keeping my teeth clean.

I attended for a specialist treatment, and as a once off, I had to drive to this practice as it offered that required service. Am now sad that this practice is not closer to me, as if it was, it would become my practice of choice. Its dental and admin staff are fab, and the range of services it offers is wide.
