My first visit under new management (have been a patient for over 20 years). Always been very satisfied with the treatment and nothing so far has changed.

A worn out filling was checked and dealt with in two sittings. Most pleased with the result. Also the Bank is not broken.

We were sent a link to complete information prior to appointment then asked to repeat with paper copy on arrival. Reception did not log us as arrived on system so sat waiting for 40 minutes then had to go and remind them we were waiting. When we were finally seen the forms had not been taken to the dentist. Although staff were apologetic, service was poor and did not feel valued. Unable to book future appointments due to changes in their systems, apparently they will contact us when we are next due to be seen. Sadly as there are no other options we have to be grateful we still have access to an NHS dentist.

I was fortunate to get a last minute, short appointment. The dentist that I saw was thorough, professional, informative and showed a really genuine and caring approach. I've been with the practice for several years now and have always been received by friendly and helpful staff.

Seen on time. Very friendly staff and dentist professional and efficient. X Ray's taken. Booking for 12 months time will be sent by email.

My dentist was most helpful and gave advice from my x-ray how I was continuing to maintain healthy gums and teeth but to attend more closely one area in particular that could become an issue. All very positive. Thank you
