Wow! I am super pleased with my son's ongoing care at this practice that use prevention treatment instead of dealing with a whole host of problems down the line. Polite, friendly and very professional. I give them 110%

A first for me and I was a little nervous of not seeing my dentist, but a dental therapist instead. I've only recently come to know about dental therapists. I had two fillings that needed to be done. I came away feeling reassured and pleased with the treatment and care I received, which was excellent.

Once I got into the dentist’s room (15 minutes after appointment time) my checkup was thorough and professional. The customer experience would be enhanced if one was not asked to fill in forms at the surgery that had been completed online the day before, with no explanation, even when queried. I got a distinct ‘take it or leave it’ feel to the process, which as an NHS patient is not a realistic choice.

I lost part of a filling some weeks ago and this was the first non urgent appt I was offered. In the intervening few weeks part of another filling had also broken. The dentist, whom I had not seen before, repaired both fillings quickly within the 20 minute appt. I was very pleased not to need another visit.

The obvious choice for me (living in a rural location with poor transport links). Easy to get to. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Dentist thorough , & still seeing NHS patients.

As a very nervous patient I wasn’t looking forward to a replacement filling but I felt very well cared for throughout . The atmosphere was calm and everything was explained both before and during the procedure. Very friendly and professional practice.

I attended for a routine check up but when I mentioned I’d been in a serious car accident my dentist carried out further tests ( including X rays) to check for underlying damage. This was carried out in a sensitive and professional way . The treatment was carefully explained and I was given an opportunity to decide the best option. I felt confident I understood both the problem and the treatment. Staff at Damira are always friendly and helpful and listen to the patients. I always feel cared for and confident I am getting a good service.
