New Dentist, fabulous, he and his nurse performed a routine checkup, filled a small hole, worked brilliantly as a team. He was extremely pleasant, empathetic and professional. Been at this practice for many years, this was the best visit experience I have made there.

Came in for a check-up after about 4 years because of covid. Dentist was very welcoming and explained everything that was happening throughout the process and had put a plan in place for what would happen next before i left the room. Staff were welcoming, accommodating and helpful.

My experience was most satisfactory I had No problems the dentist kept me informed about what she was doing at all times. I was consulted at every stage of treatment.

The care I have received has been good, and not just the dental practitioners, but the desk staff too, are all extremely pleasant and helpful. Sometimes there is a delay between appointment time and being seen which can be longer than one would expect. My only real criticism concerns the online pre-appointment forms which seem to be impossible to complete on many devices. Only one person in about 9 or 10 when I recently attended had managed theirs online - everyone else was completing theirs in the surgery. This needs attention.

From the receptionist who booked us in to the dentist and his nurse who treated us the whole experience was most satisfactory. The efficiency and competency displayed by everyone we encountered was very impressive.

So I went for a check up . I was called into a room and my regular dentist was not there it was a different dentist. The nurse informed me that my usual dentist had been called away on a family emergency and I should have been told I was seeing a different dentist (which i was obviously not informed about) The dentist then went on to say ‘hygienist appointment?’ I said no a check up today so that didn’t fill me with confidence. He said any problems and I mentioned a sore gum in a certain area. The dentist seemed to focus on that and didn’t really check my other teeth at all. I was very disappointed and felt fobbed off. Maybe because I’m an nhs patient so I didn’t make them as much money . The whole focus of the practice seems to be private now as they can make so much money. I tried to book a hygienist appointment and was told a 6 month waiting list, yet looking online if you are a private patient you can book one the same week. It’s shocking .

I received 1st class treatment all in one appointment that is my 6 monthly check up along with 2 fillings. Brilliant treatment i would recommend this dental practice.
