The hygienist is always caring and thorough. The dentist efficient with a pleasant personality. The treatment rooms are airy and well maintained.

I was given an appointment in less than a week after reporting my painful problem. Treatment was excellent and solved the problem, with further advice about possible action to take if the problem recurs.

When a situation within my treatment review appointment became too overwhelming due to my ASD I was offered help in the form of being sat down and talked to from one of the reception team. This individual went out of his way to explain to me the whole treatment process being offered to me, something I felt very strongly at the time, that the dentist who saw me wasn’t willing/able to do.

Dentist explained my options very well and I felt was polite and reassuring. He treated me like a whole person and understood that I'm a fairly nervous patient.

Kids love going to the dentist now thanks to the friendly dentist/staff and thanks for explain things in much simpler ways that even kids can understand -taking # away any fears and anxiety. Keep up the good work !

I called into the dentist on 18th August as I had broken my front tooth. The receptionist said they had had a cancellation and if I could wait ten minutes they would see me. The dentist was very good and made a marvellous job of repairing my tooth. I was extremely pleased with the service I received.

The dentist check and fix three small caves in the same appointment. He was delicated (because they were small caves so I did not need anesthesia)

I was disappointed to be allocated a different dentist from the one I saw previously. I had not been informed of this. The visit was Ok but the process seemed very fast. If I had any uncertainties of unspoken issues they would have been picked up.
