I’d had some fillings done a few days earlier on my back teeth.One of them needed to be filed down so that I could comfortably close my teeth together.I saw a dentist that I had not met before.the dentist was friendly and welcoming.The dentist listened carefully while I described the problem and then was able to explain to me what needed doing.The dentist was professional and efficient and I was very pleased with the results.

I visited the dentist because a filling had come out of my tooth When the dentist had a look in my mouth he said that 3 of my back teeth were affected. I thought I might need an extraction but the dentist was able to do some fillings so the teeth were saved which I was pleased about.

I have been with this practice for years and am normally really happy with the care I receive. However, at my routine check-up on 7th June 2023, I felt the dentist was abrupt and did not explain what she was doing or what her findings meant. She also seemed to cut my gum examination short - she read out four results to the dental nurse and then stopped and ended the examination without checking the rest of my gums. I did not receive an explanation for this.

When I recently visited, I was completely ready for an appointment. When I got into the appointment itself, I was immediately faced with a hostile Dentist who berated me that I had "booked the wrong appointment" (when I wasn't given any other options over the phone in terms of booking) alongside being misgendered. They claim they are an Lgbtq+ friendly environment, yet cannot read the Sir/Mr on my profile and gender me accordingly. I left feeling extremely anxious and uncomfortable. I have another appointment for fillings with the same Dentist. I am not looking forward to it.

Been with this practice for many years. We never seem to get the same dentist twice, but they have all been really good and very thorough, taking XRays each time and spotting any problems quickly, seeming very knowledgeable. They are also a private practice but as NHS patients we feel the treatment has been just as good as you'd expect privately.

My appointment was a routine check up, which included an appointment with the hygienist, followed by an appointment with the dentist. Both went smoothly, without me having to wait long to see each practitioner.

The actual treatment and service was good and quick; however, the surgery is closed between 1pm and 2pm and there is nowhere to wait if you have a 2pm appointment and the weather is poor (no car park spaces either).
