Always friendly and helpful. All the staff act professionally. Treatments required or offered are fully explained and clearly priced. Prompt treatment is available in acute circumstances.

I visited the practice for an administrative issue (which was handled very efficiently and professionally by the very friendly reception staff). While waiting for authorisation I overheard that there was a hygienist appointment available in the next few minutes so requested to take it. The hygienist was very friendly, professional, non-judgemental and kind. The cleaning was done very gently and thoroughly and it's the first hygienist appointment I've had which never resulted in my mouth bleeding and being painful for days after! Thank you for outstanding service today!

I am a wheelchair user, requiring assistance to transfer to the dentists chair. My wife is my carer, and pushes my chair. We have used this practice on a previous occasion last year, and had no difficulty. This time however, the surgery we were allocated to was completely inaccessible. Following my check up, I had a hygienist appointment. The surgery the hygienist was using was so badly designed that the wheelchair could not be placed near to the chair requiring a difficult and frightening transfer. I shall not be using this practice again

I received a phone call following my appointment stating I needed to pay for my appointment. The manner was not what I would expect when I had actually paid before leaving and had a receipt to prove this. Felt I was being accused of leaving without paying when it was there 'admin' error.

Very professional service from a pleasant dentist. My treatment was for a tooth extraction, which was replaced with a false one on a plate. The whole procedure was explained in advance and, while slightly painful, it all went well.

We apologise for the inconvenience of our overall rise in prices for appointments and treatments. This is due to the increase of material costs because of the Covid-19 pandemic. We have also added a different cost to our price list for direct access hygiene patients who do not attend the practice for regular dental examinations. This is why your charge may seem more expensive in comparison to other patients. We sincerely apologise that you were not made aware of this when booking your appointment.
