Excellent service for an emergency same day appointment. All staff very helpful and pleasant. I’ve been a patient for many years and I’ve always been satisfied.

The only thing rhst was off-putting was when i arrived and was told i couldn't wsit in the empty waiting room but had to outside near the toilet. It wasn't so much that but the way it was said.

I thought cleaning the teeth was part of the inspection as it had always been previously. This time it was inspection only.

The standard of service in the treatment room is very professional and first class. However, the booking system still needs sorting out so that I can book my next appointment in advance. This has been a backward step.

We have now lifted the temporary stop to appointment booking in advance. This was implemented to allow all patients the opportunity to be seen for dental care following the back log from COVID 19. Had to ring 111 as came down with horrendous tooth ache during Christmas. I was seen next day and quickly diagnosed with a tooth abscess, given a prescription and as it’s my own dentist an urgent referral for a tooth extraction at the hospital was requested.
