Due to health problems I was very nervous about going to the dentist but she was very kind, caring and understanding. She took time to listen to my concerns and the treatment I received was excellent

Not impressed with paying £60 for a 15 min scale and paste (no polish). Also kept me waiting for 20 minutes so can only assume hygienist was trying to make up time at my expense. Appointment felt very rushed. I won't be returning

Had my second consultation today and was extremely pleased with the patient professionalism and kind way l was treated Everything was explained in detail All the staff were very friendly

The first visit went ahead as planned but in no way was it a proper examination and the person carrying it out was not qualified and could not give treatment not even a scale and polish. Was given an appointment one month later for a tooth extraction but this was canceled the day before and a new date was given for 2 months later. This appointment has now been canceled 4 days before it was due to happen and another date was given in 1 month's time. The Receptionist informed me I was never booked in for extraction but for a check-up with a qualified dentist!

After 47 years with our previous practice we were abandoned unless we paid privately. Being pensioners we had to look for an alternative nhs practice. The staff at Moopen could not have been more welcoming, professional and kind. They are a credit to their profession. Thank you

2nd visit with my brother who is a patient. Both appointments cancelled, so had to rebook. Was promised that my brother could be seen downstairs on second visit ( never happened. Appointment booked for Oct ( not on their computer? What sort of a practice is this?
