Great team at the Worksop branch including the Receptionists, Dental Assistants and the Dentists themselves. Care is taken both in explaining what treatment is needed and carrying out that treatment in a caring manner. I would highly recommend this Dental Practice.

The receptionist was very helpful when I needed to rearrange my appointment. The dentist talked to me about what she needed to do. She was quick to notice when I was needed her to pause working. Kind and polite.

Saw a new hygienist today who was very good. I have no complaints about the service I receive when I have an appointment. I have to have regular checkups/cleaning because of severe gum disease so I was disappointed that I could not make a further appointment due to staffing. Advised to call in a couple of months to see if the circumstances had changed. On a personal level that is not good enough for me.

Unfortunately if your current dentist is leaving we are unable to book a further NHS routine appointment at present until we replace the current dentist with another NHS dentist. How helpful everyone was my husband had just had a knee replacement so could not get up stairs the dentist used a room downstairs for him.

The dentist was so gentle I didn’t feel the injections at all and both staff were informative and friendly

Felt very comfortable, i have a gag reflex but it wasnt a problem for the dentist. Very very happy with the service given,absolutely brilliant dentist
