Straight in with no waiting and the dentist saw the problem and put a filling in with no fuss. It was very quick and professional.

I arrived early, was seen early and the appointment went really well. The dentist,Richard, was aware of my anxiety and he was kind, efficient and explained things very clearly. His treatment plan is understandable and I know what to expect. Highly recommended, and I am someone who avoided dentists for years due to anxiety. Thank you.

The Dentist explained everything in depth to me and talked me through all of the procedures which I appreciated. The reception staff could benefit from some communication training as it appears to be lacking for some of them.

I telephoned for an emergency appointment on the Tuesday morning following a bank holiday weekend. I was in a lot of pain. The telephone was answered quickly and sympathetically and I was very fortunate to get an appointment later that day. When I attended the surgery the staff were all very professional. I was seen quickly and after a filling was on my way. The male dentist has an exceptionally good manner and thoroughly explains everything and is a credit to the surgery.

All staff are very pleasant put you at ease and are very patient with you when you are nervous .dentist who I saw sorry forgot his name was wonderful a credit to the surgery.

I wasn’t very happy with my latest appointment. My new dentist was in my opinion not very good. I will be requesting to change to a different dentist at the practice. If I hadn’t asked a lot of questions I would have been in there 1 minute if that. They didn’t properly check my teeth, they just looked in my mouth and just said ‘that all looks fine’. There was no recording of each tooth or checking each tooth and gum as would normally happen. I wasn’t told about the couple of spots I have on my teeth to watch for until I pushed for further information. The known, ongoing and recorded at the dentist issues I have with my wisdom teeth, were not asked about, until I asked what the next step was. I enquired about a hygienist appointment, as I often struggle with tartar on the back of my lower front teeth. At that point these teeth were checked properly and it was confirmed there was a little tartar there. My previous dentist would usually have cleared this off for me, as it is normally so little and takes like 30 seconds to do. The information about the hygienist wasn’t very fourth coming, as I say my previous dentist always gave my teeth a little clean up. I was very disappointed with this most recent appointment and felt it was not worth the money I paid at all. I will be contacting the practice to request a change to another dentist.
