As you walk in very polite receptionist and friendly and when seeing dentist he was friendly and polite including the nurse

Came in with broken front top tooth veneer. Patched it up perfectly can’t tell it’s been repaired. Fingers crossed it lasts.

Went for six monthly check up and was seen straight away. Recommended further treatment to be carried out in due course. Detailed advice given and x-ray shown to me explaining minor issues.

Polite receptionist always talk and treat you with respect. First time a dentist has listened to what I wanted, we got there in the end and I am very pleased with the outcome.

After many years being a customer the Elms, I'm dismayed to be told by the dentist that they are longer an NHS dentist for adults and we must now pay private rates. A check up will now be £75 rather than £25, and fillings etc will be over £120. The cost of other more complex work is frightening. It's the principle that is concerning, private profit over public service....

The Reception team were great, really nice ladies. The dentist whom I've never seen before was terse and unhelpful, just insisting that I needed to see the Hygienist every 3 months at £45 a time. I'd have given less stars if I was just rating him.

Despite mixed reviews I found this a good experience ,didn’t have to wait long for my appointment ,receptionists are very pleasant and efficient.Dentist also very good.
