I couldn’t hear my name being called because of all the protective mouth covering the nurse was wearing. Therefore I missed my appointment!

I was 90 minutes late getting in to my appointment which made me late for a further appointment that morning. However the actual service was excellent as always.

The hygienist was very pleasant. She explained clearly what she was doing and what was wrong with my teeth and gums. My teeth felt brilliant afterwards.

Friendly dentist. Shame there is always such a long wait. It is frustrating as I have to take unpaid time off work to attend my appointments.

The hygienist is fabulous and very helpful. Receptionist needs to work on her people skills however, and especially when on the phone.

Didn’t have to wait long for appointment. Hygienist is lovely and makes you feel comfortable and passes on really good advice. Friendly front desk staff and helpful in sorting my little girls first dental appointment.
