Always a warm welcome from the Hygenist also you get a very thorough professional clean. Well done. I wouldn't go to anyone else (unless i had too !)

The dentist and dental nurse were very friendly and welcoming. The dentist is very lovely and made me feel at ease throughout my appointment

Why do you call it Scale amd Polish when there is no polish? I am paying £70.70 for a service that is missing. At least for once in many months the hygienist was on time.

My dentist explains what she will do and is calm kind and understanding. Going to the dentist is not always a pleasant experience due to drilling and pain, you make it manageable. Thank you.

Although the dentist practice must be under pressure and my appt was late the dentist was calm and I didn’t feel rushed.

After having my root canal treatment cancelled twice, on the due date on both occasions, it went ahead as planned on Friday. My dentist was, as always, kind and competent however, I feel things could be improved by more information about what’s going to happen. For example, a metal ring was placed inside my mouth but I was provided with no additional information, other than this was going to happen. The next thing there’s an almighty noise and the ring has been pulled out with no warning! Understandably, this was quite frightening. Unfortunately, it didn’t work either, so a smaller ring was inserted and this time I was prepared and told “I have to get this out”! Everything else went to plan, although I remain a little uncertain about the plans for my crown.
