I attended due to a broken tooth and missing filling. It was my first time at the new venue Bridgemary Manor. I had a very short wait before being seen and was offered to either return for the necessary work or have it done there and then which I opted for. It was very quickly and efficiently done and I left in less than half an hour with two new fillings. The new venue has plenty of parking, the building is all newly decorated and equipped. It could do with some pictures on the wall to lessen the newly decorated all white rather clinical feelings, but I understand this is in the process of being addressed. Overall a very positive experience!

I've only just joined this practice having recently retired from the Royal Navy. I was recommended this practice by a friend & I'm glad I went in & registered last Oct. I was taken on within a week, which pleasantly surprised me & I've used the Surgery a couple of times since then. The staff are very helpful & friendly & I've experienced no problems requesting an appointment.

Really nervous coming for my appointment this morning as it was the first time attending since the practice had moved. Reception staff were very welcoming, and the dentist I see was very nice and explained to me the treatment I needed.

When first entering there was a bad smell of cigarettes. He just scrapped a small bit of plak tried to tell us how to use a toothbrush. The treatment I needed he couldn’t do and didn’t bother to book me in with someone who could. Waste of time and money
